Since 1981, F.lli Scarlino Srl has made use of the latest production and processing systems for its meat, as well as innovative management systems for both the quality and health and safety.


It is thanks to the commitment in the technological field that the Scarlino brand meats retain their goodness and authenticity at every stage of the processing and packaging, always arriving fresh and with a unique taste

Today our family manages a butchering facility of over 16,000 square meters: ran in accordance with the hygiene standards and inside which only meat from trusted farms is processed. 

Qualified personnel for the meat industry


Since 2005, Scarlino meats have been certified according to current regulations and are processed by qualified personnel, able to guarantee the quality and wholesomeness of the products across the whole supply chain.


In Taurisano, the current butchering and meat processing facility extends over a considerable area and also includes a cold store where both red and white meats are stored. A modern department is used for the cutting and production of meat preparations, fitted out with vacuum, stretch wrap, skin and ATM packaging machines.

A company with 200 employees


Being a family-run business, our company employs over 200 employees to work in a relaxed atmosphere where the categorical imperative is to respect the hygiene rules and select only high-quality meat from the best Italian or foreign farms. The Taurisano butchering facility in Lecce, manages the processing of select meats into sausages, mince, portions and other food and wine products that will be distributed throughout Italy.
